The Surface Unsigned Festival is now accepting applications for the 2009 festival to be held at Music Live @ Birmingham NEC Nov 7th-9th. It looks like these guys have got a great thing going on with serious sponsorship behind them and a genuinely golden promotional opportunity as a 1st prize. The contest finalists get to play to the Music Live Expo Audience at Birmingham NEC in front a huge number of genuine industry contacts.
