Really like these tracks by Jennie Mahood and I really what she’s doing with her internet promotion. This track is part of a series where she is releasing a track a week with an accompanying video. The tracks and videos are pure creative beautiful simplicity and show that you don’t need big budgets and months of production time to creative interesting work. The video for Some Place I’ll Call Home is a perfect accompaniment to the vibe of the song and was simply made by poking a digital camera with a video function into the viewfinder of an old Twin Reflex camera with a black tube in-front of it. The video for Empty Seats and Crumpled Sheets is similarly simple but effective.

I think the weekly release and videos are a great way to keep fans interested and get people excited about future tracks and the evolution of your work. I’m really hoping that these tracks and video maintain the high standard and vibe of the ones we’ve seen so far and start creating some serious internet buzz about this amazing songwriter.
